What is your company policy?

We do our best to track your flight but If you MISS your flight or your flight was CANCELLED, A1 Rockford Limousine. must be called (815) 200-9604 and provide us with your new flight information to avoid being charged in FULL for "NO SHOW".
Upon your arrival please check a text on your cell phone (provided to us with your reservation) and follow instructions to meet with driver.
When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assure you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy, and you will not be charged in FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED. CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITH A 2 HOUR NOTICE, FOR THE SEDAN AIRPORT ORDERS, BUSES AND SPRINTER ORDERS REQUIRE A 24 H NOTICE DUE TO DISPATCH TIME.
VERY Important:
IF you do not see your driver at the pick-up point established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL US, must call (815) 200-9604 provided on your confirmation). If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling us you will be CHARGED for the full price of the ride contracted.
All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed "NO SHOW" reservation.
Waiting Time:
For address or Hotel Pick ups, we offer a 15 minute grace period. After that we charge $10,00 for every 15 min waiting time, ($40,00 per hour). For airports pickup the grace period is of 45 min on Wait charges, after you arrived, as waiting for your bags.

Most times drivers will text message you before you land If you do not get the text message, Please call A1 Rockford Limo Immediatly after you pick up your luggage. (815) 200-9604
