Change, Cancellation and No Show Policy.

  • For Sedan Or SUV: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 2 hours in advance. otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip.
  • For Stretch Limos and Stretch SUVs: If you choose to cancel your reservation we require that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your trip.

Airport Pick Ups:

We do our best to track your flight but If you MISS your flight or your flight was CANCELLED, A1 Rockford Limo must be notified  (815) 200-9604, and provide us with your new flight information to avoid being charged in FULL for “NO SHOW”.

Waiting Time:

For address or Hotel Pick ups, we offer a 15 minute grace period. After 15 min of waiting we assume the trip as “no show“, and you will be fully responsible for the total amount plus gratuity.
There is no charge for waiting time at the airport while waiting for your luggage for up to 45 min.

IMPORTANT:
When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assured you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will not be charge in FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED.

What if I can’t find my Driver?
IF you do not see your driver at the pick-up point established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL US, must call (815) 200-9604  provided on your confirmation). If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling us you will be CHARGED for the full price of the ride contracted.
